Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a short-term, evidence-based psychotherapy that can help people resolve difficult emotions and memories. It is based on the idea that our brains are constantly reorganizing and updating information, and that we can use this process to change the way we feel about and remember past experiences.
